I have always enjoyed studying Maths, Physics and Chemistry, and I would like the opportunity to continue this study. Chemical Engineering appeals to me because of the challenges involved in the application of scientific theory to practical, real world problems such as how to deal with nuclear waste. 同学们在递交申请后要自行打印体检表格，并到指定的医院体检。体检为3-5个工作日左右，体检医院会自行上传学生的体检报告给澳使馆。

必须要在澳洲移民局认可医院进行检查，且至少在医院结束服务时间前1小时到达医院。医院业务繁忙，留学生体检可能需要预约，同学们可以根据医院联系方式打电话过去预约。

5.审核要求

递交申请后需要耐心等待等待1-2个月左右，为了缩短签证审批时间，递交签证申请时一定要附上所有所需文件，否则将面临审批延迟或拒签。

篇10：大学生个人留学申请文书

1. 个人陈述(Personal Statement 或 Statement of Purpose)

这是申请人向学校展示自己的发言机会，校方希望通过这封个人表白材料可以了解申请人的表达能力、逻辑思维、分析解决问题能力以及申请人的背景、目标和职业规划等多方面的信息。在这篇十分重要的文章中，申请者需要具体、实在而又生动地阐述出自己的想法，一般应包括：我为什么选择这所学校;为什么这个学校适合我;这所学校将如何帮助我实现梦想;我为什么是这所校优秀人选等。

2. 推荐信(Letter of Recommendation 或Reference Letter)

美国学校一般要求每个申请者提供三封推荐信，可以是两封学校主要任课老师的推荐信和一封班主任或校长的推荐信。大部分学校都有固定的推荐信表格，需要按照表格填写。多数情况下，推荐信也可以由推荐人另行用学校抬头信纸写成，单独或随表格一起寄给国外学校。每份推荐信都必须由推荐人亲自签名，不能复印。

3. 中英文成绩单(Official Transcript)及毕业证书(Graduation Certificate)或在读证明(Schooling Certificate)

如高中已毕业，需要提供高中三年的中英文成绩单及毕业证书中英文件，成绩单须为原件，需要用学校的信封封口并加盖学校公章，毕业证书一般为复印件即可。如果申请时，学生为高中在读则需提供高中在读期间每学期的中英文成绩单，及中英文在读证明原件。部分学校还可能会要求提高初中阶段的成绩单。

4. 英语语言成绩(English language proficiency)

一般为TOEFL、IELTS或SAT成绩，需付费ETS积送成绩单原件。有些学校对语言成绩达不到要求或者无语言成绩单学生可以提供有条件录取。

5. 个人简历(Resume 或CV)

个人简历并不是每个学校每个专业都要求的，但做出一份个人简历，把自己的教育背景、实践经历、校内外兼职经历、课外活动等一目了然地加以呈现，一定会对有好处。

6. 院校申请表(Application Form)

申请表分为纸质和电子版两种，绝大多数院校建议学生进行在线申请，既节省时间，还能在线查看申请状态。

7. 申请费(Application Fee )

现在绝大多数院校均向申请者收取申请费，金额由30至150美元不等，一般可通过在线提交申请表时用信用卡支付，既快捷也能节省手续费。或者也可以到中国银行办理汇票，但会产生额外的手续费用。

8. 存款证明 (Bank Statement)

一般来说存款证明的金额至少要涵盖第一年的费用，由于各院校及各个专业费用不尽相同，预计约30-50万。除存款证明外一些学校也会要求申请者出具资助人的签名信件或要求资助人填写相关的资助表格来证明资助人有意愿、有能力为申请者提供足够的资金来完成学业。

9. 其他材料(Others)

除上述文件外，有些学校还给定题目，要求申请者书写1-2篇Essay。
