一段完美的自我介绍可以分为几个部分：个人的基本信息、目前任职及主要工作职责、以往任职及简要工作职责、个人的软硬件能力以及对职位的理解和与自身的匹配度等。
1.个人的基本信息。这一部分不需要你提供很多信息，你只需要说说自己的大概情况即可。譬如你的名字，你的家乡在哪里，工作了多少年等等，不要过多展开陈述，以便为下面的谈话留下余地。
2.目前任职及主要工作职责。这一部分非常重要，你需要从目前的职业说起，以达到让面试官了解你目前职业状况的目的。你要告诉面试官，你目前在哪个金融机构的哪个部门工作，主要职责和工作内容是什么。
这一阶段要注意两点：
第一、简明扼要，分点来说明目前的工作内容，同时要与你此前提供的简历内容一一对应，因为面试官之后很可能会按照你的简历，询问你在这期间的具体工作内容，所以在自我介绍的环节不要涉及太多细节;
第二、要突出重点，要尽量说那些与你应聘职位的描述(也就是通常所说的JD)相符合的内容。假如你应聘的是银行后台的工作，那么就不要在这里强调你在银行前台的工作经验和能力。通过这两点，面试官会明白，眼前这个人基本具备胜任眼前这个空缺职位的工作能力。
3.以往任职及简要工作职责。目前的任职往往是面试官最关心的部分，因此如果你的以往任职并没有较为突出的成就，不要说太多，因为以往工作仅仅是参考，如果面试官很感兴趣，他们会在之后的时间里详细问你。例如，你可以说，在目前的工作之前，我还在某金融机构担任过大客户经理，或者在银行从事过后台工作等等。
4.个人软硬件能力。这一部分也很重要。自我介绍说到这里，面试官已经对你的工作经验有了大致的了解，但是工作经验归工作经验，你在以往工作中培养出什么样的能力，也是他们所关注的。因此你需要向他总结你的能力，当然，最好是紧紧围绕你应聘的职位要求来展开。

5.对职位的理解并与自身匹配。在之前的描述中，面试官已经对你的工作经验和能力有所了解，但是也许他还没有想到是否要雇用你的问题，因此你需要引导他。这一部分作为总结陈词，核心目的是要说明，你非常符合这个职位的要求，你就是他们要找的人，同时表明自己对该职位的热情。
